  1. For $150 your property will be displayed on the website until you sell and close on it, take it off the market, or list with a broker.
  2. You will be able to make unlimited updates/changes to your listing when active on our site. Instantly change your selling price, contact information, description, post open house dates or any aspect of your listing simply by logging in.
  3. All listings feature a detailed web page of you property with unlimited text description with 4 digital pictures, if needed we will take the pictures for you. Additional pictures can be purchased for $5.50 each. Images can be uploaded to the website in JPEG format, or sent to us via mail.
  4. All listings included a professional yard sign, brochure box and one directional sign. The yard sign features a bottom rider displaying sellers phone number. Additional yard sign and directional signs can be purchased. Signs will be put in within 3 days of receiving payment.
  5. All listings include a map link to direct buyers to the location of your property.
  6. Fact sheets/fliers of your property can be easily made using the printer friendly link on the listing page.
  7. The website offers a link to email your listing to other interested buyers. If someone wants to email you, an optional contact form can be used, which protects your email address from unauthorized use.
  8. Wisconsin and Minnesota real estate forms.
  9. Personal Hit Counter — Tells you how many times your page has been visited.
