  5. Take up to 4 photos of your home/property at no additional cost, $5.50 per photo above 4.
  6. Have underground utilities marked and determine sign placement.  Gopher State One Call (800-252-1166 ) for MN and Diggers Hotline (800-242-8511) for WI.
  7. Make check out to “River Valley By Owner” for the amount of services ordered.
  8. Mail your signed check, your photos, your completed services order form, and your completed homeowner’s website information form to:
